Submission Guidelines
Paper Requirements
- All papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere
- Manuscripts should follow the official conference template
- Paper length: 10-12 pages for full papers, 4-6 pages for short papers
- Include abstract (150-250 words) and keywords (4-6 terms)
- Papers must be submitted in PDF format and comply with formatting guidelines
Review Process
- All submissions undergo double-blind peer review
- Each paper reviewed by at least two independent experts
- Acceptance based on originality, technical quality, and relevance
- Authors receive detailed feedback from reviewers
Publication
- Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings
- Indexing applications will be submitted after publication, in accordance with publisher and database policies*
- Selected papers may be invited for journal special issues
- Best Paper Awards will be presented for each track
