IRC-SAS 2026 invites original research papers exploring the symbiosis between artificial intelligence and sustainability. We welcome submissions from researchers, academics, industry professionals, and practitioners addressing the critical intersection of AI technologies with sustainable development. All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by expert members of the Technical Committee.

Submission Guidelines

Format Requirements

  • Papers must be written in English
  • Manuscripts must follow the conference’s official template, structured according to widely recognized academic formatting standards
  • Include author information and affiliations
  • Abstract (150–250 words) and 4–6 keywords

Submission Criteria

  • Submissions must be original, unpublished work
  • Not under review elsewhere
  • Relevant to conference tracks and themes
  • Demonstrable contribution to research and practice
  • Proper citations and references

  • Select appropriate research track
  • Submit manuscript in PDF format
  • Provide author information and affiliations
  • Receive submission confirmation

Review Process & Resources

Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by the Technical Committee. Each paper is reviewed by at least two independent experts in the relevant field.

Evaluation Criteria

Originality and novelty

Significant contribution to the field with new insights or approaches

Technical quality

Sound methodology, rigorous analysis, and valid conclusions

Relevance to conference themes

Clear alignment with AI and sustainability topics

Clarity of writing

Well-structured paper with clear, coherent writing and logical flow

Proper citations and references

Appropriate acknowledgment of related work and sources
