Online registration will be available after paper acceptance notifications are sent. Authors of accepted papers will receive priority registration access with detailed instructions via email.

Faculty members, researchers, and academic professionals from educational institutions.

Industry

Professionals, practitioners, and representatives from industry and corporate sectors.

Student

Full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students with valid student identification.

Virtual Participation

IRC-SAS 2026 supports hybrid participation. Remote attendees can join selected paper presentation sessions online through our conference platform. Virtual registration will be available separately with access to livestreamed sessions and digital conference materials.

Important Information

Author Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference. Author registration ensures paper inclusion in the proceedings.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that registration payments are non-refundable. Participants unable to attend may designate a substitute attendee by notifying the organizing committee.
